We thought as an industry that the tenant fee ban was the worst that could happen, then all the increased legislation was enough, but then we got Corona hit, the world stopped, and Property SALES stopped in their track, the threat of tenants in arrears and add that to teams on Furlough, with some not wanting to return as well as a change to working attitudes… 

it can really feel a bit like it’s all too much sometimes.
